We are pleased to present the West Virginia Housing Development Fund’s Fiscal Year 2019 Annual Report.

For 51 years, the Fund has worked tirelessly to help make certain that every West Virginian has access to safe, decent and affordable housing options. We are proud of our story and the role we have played in moving our state forward.

This is an important record of what we, as an agency, accomplished. We went beyond spreadsheets and numbers to truly illustrate how our programs help state residents. The Fund has been, and always will be, a vital part of West Virginia.

A few highlights from this year’s report:
• A letter from our dedicated staff highlighting our mission and our “AAA” general obligation debt rating by Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s, the country’s most respected rating services.
• You’ll meet a team of dedicated volunteers working hard to help senior citizens in Monroe County.
• See how the Fund is helping make certain that Morgantown is welcoming for all, not just college students.

Thank you for reading our 2019 Annual Report and we look forward to continuing to serve our state and its residents.
