Because of the timing of the holidays, the last day to make November payments in-person or over the phone is 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 26. The Secondary Market Program is for current Fund customers and homeowners who would like to refinance their mortgage to a lower interest rate. The program provides:

Competitive 10-year to 30-year fixed rate mortgages
Generally, up to 95% financing.
There are no Fund-issued house price or income limits for this program, but, per federal guidelines, the loan must be at or less than $453,100.
