The Fund, in partnership with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, has developed the On-Site Systems Loan Program. This program is designed to help eligible households repair or replace on-site septic systems or connect to a public treatment system.

  • This program is limited to owner-occupied or long-term lessee.
  • Loan Terms: The maximum loan amount is $10,000. The maximum loan term is 10 years.
