Section 3205 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program provides homeless assistance and supportive services. Pursuant to the HOME ARP Allocation Plan, there are three activities that will primarily benefit qualifying individuals and families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations. These activities include (1) development and support of affordable housing; (2) acquisition and development of non-congregate shelter unit projects; and (3) provision of supportive services for HOME ARP funded projects.
