The Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program provides tax credits to owners of qualified low-income rental housing that serves seniors, the disabled, families and others. The Glade View Apartments in Cowen, West Virginia were built using the Fund’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
