Customers: Fund offices and call centers will be closing at noon Wednesday, November 26, and will remain closed the remainder of the week for Thanksgiving. Because of the timing of the holidays, the last day to make November payments in-person or over the phone is 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 26. The Fund developed a statewide loan program in partnership with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (the “DEP”). Under this program, funds will be loaned to State residents to upgrade, replace or repair inadequate septic systems.
