Customers: Fund offices and call centers will be closing at noon Wednesday, November 26, and will remain closed the remainder of the week for Thanksgiving. Because of the timing of the holidays, the last day to make November payments in-person or over the phone is 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 26. The Fund offered first-time homebuyers the lowest mortgage rate in the history of the Fund. First-time Homebuyers were offered a 30-year fixed rate loan at 3.50%. This low interest rate was possible through a $35 million bond issue coupled with a special bond refunding.
