The Fund provides the convenience of free automatic payment processing for your monthly mortgage payment from your checking or savings account. With the automatic mortgage payment withdrawal service, you can choose the date your account is debited–up to the 15th of the month.

How Do I Enroll?
- Fill out the Automatic Mortgage Withdrawal Signup Form (see file download below). The form can be typed online then printed or printed and filled out by hand.
- Include a blank check from the designated account marked VOID.
- Return the signed form and voided check to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund.
- You will receive written confirmation from us indicating the start date of your automatic mortgage payment withdrawal.
NOTE: Your account must be current before the Automatic Mortgage Withdrawal Services can begin.
