The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is pleased to announce the promotion of a longtime employee. Julie Aliff was recently named Senior Director of Loan Servicing.

“We are the largest mortgage loan servicer in the state and it’s crucial that our loan servicing department has solid, experienced leadership,” said Erica Boggess, the Fund’s Acting Executive Director. “Julie understands the importance of customer service and knows that our clients have entrusted us with what is often their most expensive and important asset.”

A major focus area for loan servicing is upgrading a customer’s web experience, Aliff said. Current customers can now see their loan history, view previous statements, retrieve tax information, view personalized loan amortization, update contact information, review monthly billing statements and check account balances and due dates.

“We’ve got a great team here and we’re excited to make the Fund the best that it can be,” Aliff said.

Aliff joined the Fund in 1991 in the newly-created Loan Servicing Department. Prior to joining the Fund, she worked in mortgage banking. She served as Customer Service Manager and then Loan Servicing Manager before becoming the Managing Director of Loan Servicing in October 2005. She was named to her current position earlier this year.

Julie Aliff, has been named senior director of loan servicing for the West Virgina Housing Development Fund. The Fund is the state's affordable mortgage leader.
