Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP)

Property Selections for TCAP Funding

 

The TCAP funds totaling $16,136,287.26 assisted 15 properties in West Virginia (in the following counties: Berkeley, Raleigh, Marion, Hardy, Jefferson, Fayette, Kanawha, Greenbrier, Ohio)  resulting in 768 units of affordable rental housing. 

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is the state's affordable mortgage finance agency.

The WVHDF was established to develop and improve the state's housing opportunities for residents.
