Changes are coming!

At the West Virginia Housing Development Fund, we do all we can to make certain our customers come first. We are honored so many West Virginians and West Virginia families have decided to use our mortgage programs to turn their dreams of homeownership into a reality.

We do not take this commitment lightly and we work every day to make certain that those who have entrusted us with what is often their biggest investment have access to the high-quality customer service they deserve. Our staff prides itself on being friendly, helpful, understanding and efficient.

We are constantly striving to provide you with the best experience possible and we know many of you are using the internet to make monthly payments. Starting Dec. 31, 2015, we will be upgrading our payment system. Our updated and more user-friendly interface will allow our customers to easily navigate our online mortgage-payment system.

These upgrades will include a change in the look of your loan number.

We are excited about this transition, but we understand that change can take some getting used to. Please know that we are here to help guide you through the new system. New features are in the works to make payment as easy and convenient as possible.
