Participating Lenders

A message from Jon M. Rogers, Senior Director of Single Family Loan Origination for the West Virginia Housing Development Fund


Dear Potential Participating Lender:

Welcome to the West Virginia Housing Development Fund.  Please click the links at the bottom of the page to review our Application to Participate in the Fund’s programs.  Please complete the application and return to my attention along with any requested supporting documentation (ie: resumes, financial statements, etc.).  If you are already a participating lender but have not originated one of our loans in more than 12 months, you should update those documents in which a change in staff may have occurred (ie: Authorized Signatories form).  

Also, please provide the names and phone numbers of two individuals who may give a reference regarding your previous loan production. Once your application is approved, you will need to attend a one-day training seminar in our Charleston office before accepting applicants to our program.  You will need to schedule this training with a representative from our office.
