Why does my mortgage payment change each year?

Changes in your payment are determined by the type of loan you received and any annual increases, or decreases, in your escrowed items (i.e. taxes or insurance).

Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO)

Proposals will be reviewed for any project that complies with HUD regulations. Of the HOME funds administered by the Fund, 15% are set aside for CHDO organizations to use in the development of housing opportunities for lower income West Virginia families. These funds are allocated to CHDO organizations by an RFP process.

 

Onsite System Loan Program

This program is designed to help eligible households repair or replace onsite septic systems or connect to a public treatment system.
