Usage Agreement

The Seller, West Virginia Housing Development Fund, a public body corporate and governmental instrumentality of the State of West Virginia, with principal offices at 814 Virginia Street, East, Charleston, West Virginia, disclaims any warranty that the real property further described herein on this website, meets the standards of merchantability with respect to (1) meeting the Special Warranty Deed description; (2) being fit for the ordinary purposes for which this real property, and the improvements thereon, might be used for; (3) that the structure, improvements and real property are fit for any particular purpose of the buyer; or that (4) the structure, improvements and real property are fit for any particular purpose beyond what is described in the Special Warranty Deed for said real property.
