Mortgage Revenue Bond Program
The Mortgage Revenue Bond Program, or what is commonly known as the “Bond Program”, provides a low interest 30-year fixed rate mortgage
for those wanting to purchase a new or existing home Income and house price limits apply.
Secondary Market Program
Ten to 30-year, conventional, fixed-rate mortgages for all income levels with no restrictions other than loan
amount of $417,000. Refinancing available.
Home Ownership Assistance Program
Ten year, deferred second loan to cover down payment and closing costs. Complimentary program to the Mortgage Revenue Bond and Secondary Market Program.
Mortgage Credit Certificate
Earn a tax credit of up to $2,000 annually on your federal income tax.
NewHOME Program
Federally funded housing program for low and very-low income individuals and families.
Housing Emergency Loan (HELP) Program
Designed to meet the emergency housing repair needs of low-income homeowners.
