West Virginia Housing Development Fund

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors consisting of four ex-officio members and seven members appointed from the private sector by the Governor. Current board members include:

Rob Alsop, Governor’s Designee - Governor’s Tomblin’s Chief of Staff

John Perdue, Treasurer of the Board of Directors - Treasurer, State of West Virginia

Patrick J. Morrisey, Attorney General, State of West Virginia

Walt Helmick, Commissioner of Agriculture, State of West Virginia

Julia Elbon, Owner, Prime Properties, Inc., Elkins, West Virginia

Dan Moore, Owner, Moore Auto Group, Williamson, West Virginia

Everett Sullivan, Retired, West Virginia Council of Carpenters, St. Albans, West Virginia

Sam Kapourales, Owner/President, Kapourales Properties, LLC, Pharmacist and past Mayor of Williamson, West Virginia

J.D. Stricklen, Real Estate Developer and Homebuilder, Blue Creek, West Virginia

R. Fred Clark, Retired Banker, Bank of Ripley and retired consultant with R.F. Clark Consulting, Logan, West Virginia
